Federal Assistance
The Assistance tab of FedSpending.org allows searching of federal assistance spending from FY 2000 through FY 2007 and includes data from the first two quarters of FY 2008. Federal assistance includes spending such as grants, loans, insurance, and direct payments (e.g. Social Security). The left-hand navigation bar functions as the main navigation interface for users.
